Happy Birthdays to Eliot

We wish there were more time for us to share the many things we have experienced with sweet Eliot in the last 11 days, but there just isn't enough time between feedings! We celebrate Eliot's life and the miracle God has given us in him each day at 4:59pm with a birthday party. Today he will be 12 days old!! Each day is amazing and we are loving being parents and seeing the many answered prayers. Please continue to pray for us as we prepare to go home...possibly tomorrow!! We are asking that you would pray specifically that 1. we would not live in fear 2. continued life for Eliot 3. all the details of transitioning home.
Thanks,
Matt & Ginny Mooney

You guys are the best. I'm so excited Eliot's going to get to go to his crib (catch the dual reference? nice, huh). I know you're counting each day a blessing, as are we. In light of all that is going on in your lives right now, I know wiffleball is far from the mind, but Matt, I feel compelled to tell you this... I played for the first time without you last night and it just wasn't the same. I mean, the game bordered on boring without the man who's perfected trash talking... and that in a game played with a plastic ball and bat. Besides that, we got hosed last night, twice! I think it was just a confidence issue. We clearly didn't have our A game without our go-to cage rattler. Liftin' you guys up.
