What an adorable picture!! I can't believe how much weight he's gained. Love the cowboy picture too. I think of you all daily and just want to thank you for continuing the updates. My prayers continue.

Wow, that is a great picture. Perfect! He is even a little bit chubby, what a miracle he is! It is so encouraging to read your blog and see how He cares for us and how He teaches us new things all the time, even from people we don't know. I can't remember how I got to your blog! funny, but I'm glad I did... thinking of you often. I was thinking it must be hard for you to sleep well. Even when one of our kids has the stomach flu or a bad cold I find it hard to sleep, wondering how they are but I'm sure there is much more to worry about with Eliot. But you two know the One who never sleeps and He is always watching Eliot.

DEAR MATT, GINNY AND ELIOT,
LET ME TRY THIS AGAIN - I DON'T THINK MY FIRST COMMENT WENT THROUGH.

WHAT A WONDERFUL, PRECIOUS PICTURE - ONE OF COMPLETE LOVE AND ADORATION! THE KIND OF LOOK I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WILL BE ON OUR FACES THE FIRST TIME WE SEE JESUS' FACE.
THIS VERSE WAS IN ONE OF MY DEVOTIONS AND I IMMEDIATELY THOUGHT OF THE THREE OF YOU -
"BE JOYFUL IN HOPE, PATIENT IN AFFLICATION, FAITHFUL IN PRAYER" ROMANS 12:12
I THINK IT SAYS IT ALL.
THANKS FOR SHARING ELIOT WITH ALL OF US.
MUCH LOVE,
SUSIE MCKENZIE

Gorgeous photo! He is getting almost chubby, and that is so good!! Ginny, your face is precious and brings so much joy to those of us on the receiving end of it. No joy is more contagious than that of a mother in love.

Ginny,
In your junior year we studied a poem whose theme was enjoy each and every day--consider it an irreplaceable gift. Because it was written in a rather demanding and fussy way, I have not kept it at my mental finger tips but after reading your words(I am glad Matt did a bit of word nabbing), I had to look it up. It talks about apples, leaves, flowers.... . I can think only of you, Eliot and Matt. My thoughts and prayers are daily. MMullady

OOPS!

The scripture I was sent you was suppose to say:
"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer"

I bet you wondered what afflication meant?

Have a good evening!
Love,
Mrs Susie

Ginny & Matt,
For weeks and weeks I have read your beautiful words with tears in my eyes. I have learned a lot about myself and my own faith and trust in God, just by visiting your site each week- thank you so much for that! What amazing people and parents you both are! I continue to pray for you and precious Eliot daily. Happy 3 month birthday to one amazing little guy!
