Happy Birthday Eliot and to you Ginny on Friday! I understand little "Claire" had her "21st" birthday yesterday. Something for all to celebrate! Keep the faith. Your "friends" in Alabama are praying for both familiesa and are continued to be inspired by their journey in life.

Matt, Ginny and Eliot,

I am moved nearly beyond words at the raw, rich and revealing testimony God has allowed you to be on this blog.

May God bless you richly and uphold you strongly and always continue to be your ever present help in trouble.

Happy Birthday Eliot, You've got the best present of all, a Daddy and Mommy who love Jesus.

Happy Birthday Eliot and Ginny! I have been praying for you all and following your blog for awhile and have wanted to comment and leave an encouraging note. But, the truth is I am the one being encouraged. I look forward to reading your blog every Wed. and seeing what lessons Eliot has taught you. They always encourage me to love my own family and the Lord more. Anyway, I am praying for you all, thanks for taking the time and effort to share your journey and what the Lord is teaching you.

Sincerely,
Hannah Wade

---------Days of Conquest----------

I see the loving, striving, not the defects. I see the conquest of your particular battle. I count it victory, a glad victory.
I do not compare it with the strenuous campaigns of My great Saints.
For you it is victory, and the angels rejoice, and your dear ones rejoice, as much as at any conquest noted, and rejoiced over, by Heaven.
My children, count the days of conquest as very blessed days.

Thank you for sharing Eliots life with us. He has blessed so many people. I am saddened by your loss. I am a young mom, I can' imagine the pain. My heart breaks for what you are going through. May you find comfort in the one that is welcoming Eliot into His arms. Eliot is your angel.

Much Love from Michigan

Hey Matt and Ginny. I have posted on here before, but I have much more to say now. I am so sorry for the pain you are going through right now...your story has captivated me from Day One. It was especially hard for me to hear about Eliot, because my brother Daniel passed away October 19th, just 8 days before Eliot. Daniel was 29, and had a rare health condition that was never diagnosed. It ended up taking his life after many mostly-healthy years. After knowing the miracles that can happen in life, I just knew that Eliot was going to make it too...I was so sorry to hear that he hadn't on my first day back to school. My heart goes out to ya'll. I am in a lot of pain right now too. But I know that Eliot and Daniel are already not just walking with God, but RUNNING. Something neither of them could do here on Earth. Please take a look at Daniel's blog when you have a moment. His life was an inspiration to so many, as was Eliot's.
