Just wanted you to know that I continue to pray for you daily! I think about you and Eliot a lot and I am so glad that you designed the special necklace. Should have known that you would donate some of the money =)

Hope you are having a nice time together. Please know that we continue to hurt and hope with you even though it is from a distance. I will place my order on your website for my necklace.

Thank you for continuing to share!!

A friend of mines brother gave her the blog site and passed it on to me. I just read all of Elliots story. Amazing God, how great thou art. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Elliot, what an inspiration to those who have no hope and to those of us who often forget that God only asks us to that faith of a mustard seed.

Take the time you need... we will all be here waiting for your return, and praying for you while you are away... Lean on each other and "not on our own understanding" and Keep the Son in Your Eyes. You continue to bless so many and we all thank you in advance for the "life lessons" yet to come. May He Keep You Close, The Keeter Family

For three beautiful months you watched over Eliot and now he will watch over you. I have followed your blogs for some time, but never posted because I did not know what to say. I continue to pray for you every day. I pray that you find joy again. In photographs, beautiful Eliot's eyes shine with love and light. I know he is now watching over and protecting you, as well as having a grand time in heaven. I believe Eliot was sent here by God to be a great teacher to many, but I also believe that part of the plan was that the two of you are also teachers in your own right. You have stated that you don't believe you are strong. That isn't true. Strength doesn't mean you don't cry your eyes out or feel at times you can't go on or handle what has been given you. Many people who others would describe as strong, don't realize it themselves. You two are incredibly strong. I know from your perspective, you probably feel that you have been just doing what you had to do with no choice about it, but what you have done is truly amazing. You have true grace and strength. Eliot taught so many people so much in his short time here, and a large part of that was done through the two of you and your abilities. You didn't wither or crawl up into balls and withdraw from the world, but you had the incredible strength to give Eliot over three wonderful months filled with joy, celebration, happiness, and love as well as to help him teach countless others many lessons. You are both incredible writers as well as incredible parents. As you sift through your ideas to help Eliot's life to continue to affect others, have you ever thought about the possibility of writing a book? I think if you did, it would be amazing. As for me, the three of you taught me to be a better mother. You taught me every second with my child is precious and to savor every instant, be truly joyful, and celebrate often. For that, I can never thank you enough.

Matt and Ginny,
Again, I just want to thank you for being so willing to spread your life so openly before the world. That would be hard for me (not that it was easy for you). I fear sometimes that speaking my thoughts or emotions out loud will make them true, but maybe as long as I keep them inside they are not. Thank you for taking the time to post every week when everyone would have more than understood that you "didn't have the time." I lifted you two up again tonight. I don't know if you are still traveling. I am sure God will continue to bring you to my mind in days to come. He has shown me more in the past year than ever before how the prayers of others really help us to persevere. How we need them! As I looked at the October 18 prayer requests you asked for the two of you, God showed me that many of them would be the same.

Our hearts are aching at the loss of such a precious life, but in the same breath...rejoicing that Eliot is well and in the presence of Jesus. I know that sweet Eliot is being held in His arms this very minute...what a comforting thought. Thank you for sharing your hearts and Eliot's life with us all.
