Hi Ginny and family
I hope you remember me- I was an Alpha Chi with you-and Jenny Ballentine linked me to your family blog. I have two kids and I am familiar with Tri-18 from when I was a worried pregnant lady. I love to worry! What a little miracle-I am so amazed by this little guy. I have sent all the mommies in my bible study to the blog and we are praying for you all. If you can email me your address, I will send Eliot a treat!

Eliot, Matt, and Ginny:
What an inspiration you all are!!! My daughter,Kristi Ruhman, asked me to look at your web site, advising that I have tissues in hand because I would be greatly touched by your story. "Touched" is an understatement, to say the least! What an awesome family you are, and how very blessed you are all to have each other. I'll look forward to reading your blog each Wednesday and will keep Eliot, and mom and dad, in my prayers.

Hi Matt and Ginny,
my name is Darlene Burnham, I am Lavonne's Aunt... she is how I came to hear about you and your little hero. I would just like to say that I am touched by the stories of progess and will continue to check in to see how little Eliot is doing. He is so precoius, and what a little trooper. I loved reading about all the milestones, being a mother too, I know how rewarding they are.
I will continue to read the updates, and will keep you all in my prayers.

Hello Matt and Ginny,
I recently got an email from a friend that informed me of your current situation. First of all, let me just say that Elliot is so precious and beautiful. Working as a labor and delivery nurse, I am truly in awe of little Elliot. I see miracles every day, but nothing compares to this. Matt, I always knew that you and your family were very special, but you, Ginny, and Elliot are truly an inspiration to us all. Thank you for sharing your experiences with all of us. Without a doubt, you and your family are in my daily prayers and thoughts. I've shared this site with my friends and family and they too are keeping you in their prayers.
Hello to Ron and Sandra!

Hey Ginny and Matt-

This is Holly Shepherd Lollar, a friend of Ginny's from UA. I just heard about the birth of your precious baby boy!

Ginny- I miss wonderful you! I have been moved to tears today reading your blog for the first time. You are such a wonderful mother and it is no surprise, as you were always such a caring and special friend to me. In fact, I still have a card you gave me in college, tucked away in my bible. It brings me so much joy to remember all the fun times we shared and it makes me so happy to see the wonderful relationship that you, Matt and Eliot now have.

I have been truly touched by Eliot's story and by your family's courage. You and Matt are such Godly parents and your little boy is so blessed. I want you to know that Chris and I are praying for you daily, specifically that God will continue to give you peace and strength as you enjoy each day with your new little one.

Even though we do not have children yet, we have been in awe of your lives and your words, for we hope to one day be a shadow of the admirable parents that you are.

We are thinking of you daily, sending huge hugs and lots of love!

Holly

Hi, my name is Kari, and I am a new mom in Livermore, CA. I am not completely sure that I can put into words the emotions I felt upon reading your blog. Your family inspires me, not only to be a better follower of Christ, but also to be a better mom. I am ashamed to admit that there have been times when I have felt overwhelmed, depressed and angry at my beautiful son, but your blog reminds me that every cry, every time he pulls my hair, every hug and every smile is a blessing. Your story gives me much needed perspective... every evening, before bed, I pray with my six month old, and I wanted you to know that tonight (and every night from here on out) you, Eliot and Ginny will be included in our prayers. ~~ Kari Ritter

Matt and Ginny,
I have been so blessed reading about sweet baby Eliot. Nancy told me about your site and here I am just in time for Birthday #2. You are both amazing Christians (I know that you are both humble, but it is true) and God is using you and little Eliot in such amazing ways. I wish that Coleman and I could be there to see your little man growing up and getting so big. Know that you are all in our prayers and that we love you.

Eliot, Happy Birthday!! You are such a handsome young man.
